Join myself and Vicki for 7 nights/6 days as we adventure to the breathtaking island of Sao Miguel, the "Green Island" of the Axores, for an unforgettable retreat designed to reconnect you with nature, your inner self, and a community of like-minded travelers.
We'll immerse ourselves in the island's magical landscapes - crater lakes, lush forests, volcanic beaches, and soothing hot springs, while deepening our personal growth through daily yoga, minfulness practices, and curated island adventures

OUR ACCOMODATION
We will be staying at the 5 -star Senhora da Rosa Located on San Miguel island in Azores, less than 4 km from the city of Ponta Delgada and perfectly located between the mountains and the sea, Senhora da Rosa offers the perfect rest between tradition, nature and elegance. We are inserted in an old farm from the 18th century with a pineapple greenhouse and where oranges were harvested daily The retreat space has a fully equipped shala for all of our classes, a beautiful outdoor pool and lots of quiet spaces for ample relaxation. Take a dip in the outdoor pool, relax in the spa, enjoy the paddle courts and more.
OUR OFFERING
This is Vicki's homeland and will share all of her favourite spots! We will offer daily yoga, excursion days that will include hikes for all levels, soaks in natural hot springs, exploration of neighboring beaches, free time to explore and fresh nourishing food, a true taste of Azorean fare!
